MATERIAL/BUILDING COSTS EXPECTED TO RISE DRASTICALLY, QUICKLY

Please do not delay in submitting your order. Building and material costs
are expected to skyrocket in the wake of the Hurricane Harvey disaster. We are
already receiving calls from our vendors and suppliers warning us of price
increases. Some of the manufacturers have already raised their prices, and all
are expected to follow. We will only be able to honor current pricing through
the close of business on Labor Day. At that point we will assess the situation
with each supplier and adjust pricing accordingly.
We are also expecting a major increase in our build times in the coming
weeks as all of the FEMA orders and replacement houses go online.
We also expect our display models to sell very quickly. So please don’t
wait; we don’t want you to be disappointed.
